6月2日に2019年度第1回の英検が行われました。

 

試験終了後のレッスンでは試験の振り返りを行います。この振り返りは今後の学習を進めていく上で重要です。点数はもちろん気になると思いますが、解答に至った過程を振り返ることで足りかなった点などが見えてくることもあります。ぜひ一生懸命取り組んで問題を利用して今後の学習に役立ててください。

Do you think that Japanese consumers will buy more imported products in the future?

 

Recently, more and more products have been imported in Japan. Especially, electronic devices such as smartphones are very popular in this globalized society. Therefore, I think Japanese consumers will continue buying imported products in the future.

 

First, if foreign products are introduced, Japan companies have no choice but to compete with foreign companies. Because of this, Japanese companies will create novelty in their products, which will contribute to improving the quality of consumers’ lives. Competition leads to high-quality products and better lives. 

 

Second, the Internet has united the world. This means consumers can purchase anything they want with one click. Also, Japan is becoming a completely cashless society, which helps customers pay easily with cashless methods such as credit cards. 

 

In conclusion, Japanese consumers will have more chances to buy imported items for the reasons of quality and globalization. I hope we live more conveniently in the future society.
